N4 Pit bug w/Patch

This from a driver who raced with us last night at Las Vegas...

enter the pits safely and that I'd get a 30 second penalty.
standing in front of me and I could not leave.

This is after the 1306 patch.
Any ideas?
Thx

I think you missed the point
The driver shouldn't have had to abort the race

I can't remember exactly, but if you have more than one penalty coming
into the pits, they're made culminative, and it doesn't necessarily show a
clock for the extras IIRC.

It's used to simulate the estimated time it would take you to leave the
pits and re-enter to serve the other penalty(s).

Check the original readmes, there's something about that in them.

If he had a flat on the left side, the game would not allow him back on the
track, and because of pulling in too close, the crew could not change it.

Come on - he couldn't back up a bit and get in the pit stall again?  In a real
race, the crew would push the car backwards to re-position it.  I don't think
they'd say " Oh, darn, he's too close to the wall.  Well, that's it, then..."
