N4 Pit Exit Rule

According to the manual, the pit exit rule is built into N4.  You
merge too soon, you get a black flag.  Also if you speed entering pit
road, they just hold you for 15 seconds after your pitstop, they don't
make you stop-and-go and drive back around for service as in N3.

Well I just did a race and got black flag twice for the pit exit rule.
Pretty cool stuff. I now know not to merg until I am told I can.

This is some terrific news for us league administrators! No more checking
the entire replay after the race to see if guys got an unfair advantage by
merging too soon, WOW!!!!!!! Family life, I'm back again! But then again,
all time I win by not having to check this anymore will be used to practice
some more... ouch
