You don't want to give it a chance, do you ? You're just as anti (new)
Rascar as Mitch and others were the old one, all bit it with loads of <g>'s
and stuff to ease the atmos.
Why should there be one all mighty leader ?  Web page maintenance can split
into sections. I'm sure there are many ppl willing to contribute.

If you read the other posts you'll note that Jan has expressed support to
Mitch, but also expressed concern at the committee of all approach - which
I share.

Following Mitch's comments to Jan, he has chosen to ignore the persoanl
insult to further the chances of rascar succeeding. Something few others
have been prepared to do.

Cheers
Tony

I do, honestly, but I also like ribbing.

I'll also be helping out with the race reviews.

As long as it doesn't interfere with your performance on the track,
drivers are permitted to have babies, but only on pit road.  Lastly,
nobody will be allowed to discuss the new babies after 9pm on the
Tuesday immediately following the birth.

I'm not gone, I'm just in exile. When I think the time is right, I'll
be back to take what's rightfully mine.

You just haven't been punted by him yet.  Dave couldn't hold a line
if it was stapled to his forehead.  (I know, that's an old one by
now, but since I'm not in RASCAR anymore, I can use it.)

It's their football now, Tony.  I'm all for letting them run with it.

I'm not sure which I'm looking forward to the most.  The above, or Lord
of the Rings, The Return of the King.  :)

Well, all it takes is for Mitch to say in these situations:  Ok we've
got x differing opinions here.  I've decided on trying out opinion b for
now to see how things go.  Bear with me on this.  It doesn't mean its
guaranteed to work, though, but let's at least give it a try for now.
Please don't hesitate to give your views on this new rule, once we've
had a chance to try it out.  The sooner I start getting some feedback on
this, the quicker I can decide whether it's going to work or not.  I'll
keep you all posted.

The part I find funny is Mitch's assertion that John had no right to make up
rules because he "VOLUNTEERED" to help out.
Then the first thing Mitch does is take over (after Jan had initiated a plan
to keep rascar going) and make a rule about who will be allowed to race.
What group did you poll to come up with that rule Mitch?
What happened to the original premise to rascar now Mitch?  Doesn't seem
like that was so important to you after all.
Pretty ballsy!
