Did anybody got Microsoft sidewinder FF working in gp3? or does anybody know
if there is going to be a patch?

Yes....my MS FF  is working superb.....gear change on the
paddles,sweet....and right pedal is acc and left pedal is brake....just how
it should be.

How die you get the 3 axis working? Did you have to add two joysticks -one
for wheel and one for the pedals in game devices as others have posted?

You can setup a profile and map the buttons 7/8 to something that GP3
*does* know how to deal with.
I've mapped them just to button 1/2.

Julian.....I have 2 files....one to set the MS FF Sceme to GP3...and another
to place in the Control Set Up....this gives me the 3 axis you talk of.
Do you want the files..?

I have been unable to get MS Wheel to work with 3 asis also, which is on by
default in
