Does it have gear shift paddles on the back of the wheel? Can't seem to notice any on any of the pictures I've seen of it (not even a regular gear shifter on the console).
Yes, and they are shaped like paddles, but they are close to the wheel and are essentially buttons.

Yes, it has 6 buttons on the front and two shifter paddles (buttons) behind the wheel.

yes it has a paddle on each side, easy to use too!
