According to Play.com, the UK release date is 3rd September:

I don't think there's a US release.

No U.S. release date known either. I have a pre-order thru gogomer.com for
the import version. They are scheduled to ship it shortly after the UK
date. Had excellent result with them, especially when I got Rally Trophy
the same way, even prior to the US release.
