GP3 - Yellow Flags and stuff

GP3 is a not quite the advance on GP2 I'd hoped for but I'm beginning to
like it:

a) Wet weather is a bonus - no F1 sim has come close to matching it.

b) Graphics look good to me - I can run 800x600, all detail on and no slow
down on my Voodoo 3 unlike F12000 which was great in
its own right but I ended up selling it as it was such a PC hogger.

c) Shame 107% qualifying rule isn't there but around Argentina today, yellow
flags out whilst on a flying lap: cost me pole :-( but
just like real-life. I was so pleased I wasn't disappointed with the 4th
on the grid !

d) One final thing..Will someone please not just release an editor to allow
you to save track records in less than 100% distance
    races !

Off to Imola for round four of the Championship !

I haven't yet tried GP3 so I'm curious, why did this cost you pole?  Was
it because you decided to slow up because you saw the yellows and were
worried about running into something, or was it because you saw the
yellows and were worried that your flying lap would be discounted if you
didn't slow down?

No person's opinions can be said to be
more correct than another's, because each is
the sole judge of his or her own experience.

The yellow flags automatically saw the engine revs cut so it was impossible
to go at top speed..after green flag appeared I could get on the gas again.

No ideal way of simulating yellow flags but effective !
