There are three tracks that suffer from this "yellow flag bug":
Indianapolis, Detroit, and Mid-Ohio. To fix this, go to these tracks'
<TRACK>.TXT files in each of the tracks' subdirectories and make these
substitutions to the variable GFLAG.

I seem to remember reading that the patch for Indy is not available at
ftp.std.com - try the didnt.doit.wisc.edu address instead...

It's a bug. Look in ftp.world.com in the Papyrus directory (ftp/vendors/papyrus).
I'm sure you'll find it there. If not, try the Papyrus BBS. I know for a fact that it's
there.
