You should be able to okay with a "digital" clutch as well. I have
assigned one of the buttons on my TM NASCAR Pro for the clutch and can
make a much better start than some of the AI who seem to stall on the
starting grid.

Is there any evidence to suggest otherwise? In my limited racing
against the AI (most of my time has been spent racing humans) they
tend to tear away at the start, and after a lap or so I get to catch
up to and pass them....well...some of them.
