If you are sticking with that config for a while, grab the Voodoo, the
Canopus is great, but you should be able to pick up the Diamond Monster for
a song since they are pushing the Monster II so heavy. Performance wise
the Canopus/Diamond are about the same. The Canopus has some more features,
and it's a little easier to tweak it out for better still performance.
If you are going to get a PII 266 or better within the next few months, you
might want to grab the Voodoo II. You won't see much of a performance
difference between it and the Voodoo, you will just be able to go one step
higher in your screen resolution (which your processor probably couldn't
keep up with for the most part anyway). But if your next upgrade is 6
months down the road... get the Voodoo, they are cheap right now (you
should be able to find one < $100 USD or so) and the Voodoo II will probably
drop a good bit over 6 months anyway (plus Diamond has a mail in rebate for
$50 if you buy a Monster II and already have a Monster so you might end up
coming out of this ahead!)
