Hi,
I'm at the end of my patience trying to get my new Geforce2 TI to work
properly on my 'puter, have uninstalled all reference to 3dfx and voodoo and
glide in my registry, thanks STAX51,un and reinstalled the drivers for gf2 ti
um*** times, each time i install i make sure the antivirus is switched off
and still when i go to start Nascar heat it comes up with a error message
"video reports it does not support 3D graphics" also if i run DX diagnostics
(i'm running directx 8.1)and look under display it shows directx feature
disabled i.e.Directdraw acceleration,Direct#D and AGP acceleration
DISABLED???
Please if anyone knows what i'm doing wrong i would really appreciate the
help,i can't play any of my racing sims.
P11-400
256 -133 ram
Win 98std operating system
GeForce TI 64 mb Graphics card(previous 3DFX Voodoo 3-3000)

Maybe a  stupid question, but your computer does have an AGP slot, right?

Sure, this may have been said already but some games test video while your
installing the game and write a video file. If you installed Heat with Voodoo,
then you may have to uninstall and reinstall with GF. I know some of the guys
here had to do it with Castle Wolf, and some others.... Make sure you back up
any setups, etc....

What does it say in the device manager? Is the GF2 operating
correctly? Are there any device conflicts?
