Need help for N2 and AWE64 Sound/Video problem

Once I setsound for N2, the graphics for N2 go haywire, like neon green skies.
They are fine if I leave the setsound on none.  I have Soundblaster AWE64 and
VooDoo Rush.  Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I have this problem with and without the 3Dfx patch.
