I bought myself a new computer with a Matrox GP200 card and now I always
get the message

"Unable to initialize video (maybe no VESA driver?)"

N2 always worked fine on my older P133. Anybody who can help me?

Run UVConfig.exe.  That will install the VESA driver.

You might want to give my G200 VESA driver a try.
Run it before running your game.
