I finally had a chance to upgrade my system this week(P-133).  I also decided
to get a little bit more powerful of a graphics card with the final choice
being a 2MB Matrox Millennium.

All my games have improved with the exception of ICR2 where the graphics
continue to stay in low-res mode. Ironically NASCAR comes through in high res
mode and the graphics are very impressive indeed. Unfortunately now having had
a taste of how the other half of the *** community lives, it makes it very
difficult to play ICR2 in its present form.

Does any know how I can improve the graphics for ICR2 to match up to the
quality of NASCAR.

make sure you are starting the game with the -h command

I was able to figure this one out...running quite nicely now.
