3dfx formula 1 locks up

3dfx formula 1 locks up

Anyone having a problem with formula1 from psygnosis locking up in the
middle of a race.  I am running the 3dfx version with all the latest
video drivers.  Also it never saves or remembers my set up such as
controller, graphics and audio option set ups.  
Any help would be appreciated!
