1 Meg Modem for GPL?

Bell Canada is just starting to offer 1Meg/sec xDSL modem service in Ontario
I see. This may help with GPL on-line issues for those people that can't get
cable service for whatever reason. I have no idea what the cost will be, but
you can still use the phone while on-line, and there is no dialing in to the
ISP.
