When the yellow flag box appears, a portion reads something like "1 for 1
lap" which I presume means there is a single caution flag for one lap. Once
the vehicles form behind the pace car the message might then read "1 for 5
laps" and this might then change to "1 for 14 laps". However, the race
often begins well befor the 14 laps (in this example) have been completed.
What denotes the number of race laps under a yellow caution and can the
number of laps during this caution change before the race starts again?
