HELP VROC DISCO !!!!

Hello Racefans

I need a little help !!
I'am trying to race GPL online on VROC
Training goes well ***as the training ends I often get disconnected and
returned to vroc
So I stay connected to the Internet !!
Then I try another race and the same thing happens. :(
Tonight I entered a race at Glen
Training went well ( don't look at my time :)
This time the connection stayed and I got at the starting grid
On the grid I saw cars appear and disappear !!!
When the flag dropped I saw nobody and began the race ( it was a clean start
:)
After the first round I was second ( pitboard )
The second round I was fourth
I had seen nobody !!!!
the third round I saw a car and he disapeared and then I got disconnected
again ) staying on Internet

What's going on ????
What can I do about it ????

My system

PIII450
128 pc100
V2 12 MB
Wisecom 56k v90 extern
ISP euronet

If I use my USB (e-tech 56usb )modem then I can't even get to a training
 no connection or time out )

I've used euronet.nl as an ISP for a while, and they where good. So,
that shouldn't be it.

With what speed are you connected to the Internet? The behaviour you
describe is typical for a 56k connection, with error-control and
software-compression on. For GPL you better connect with 28k, WITHOUT
error-control and compression.....

Make sure you dont have your internet options set to disconnect after x
minutes.
