Hi, does anyone know if/how one can enable FF in GPL Demo. I'm attributing
my failure to the fact the feature isn't implemented in the demo but if it
is, I'd love to know how to use it.

If it can be done in the demo, you need a file called core.ini in the gpl
directory. If its not there, make one with the following:

[ Joy ]
allow_force_feedback = 1                 ; Use FF if device has it
force_feedback_damping = 4000         ; force feedback strength
force_feedback_latency = 0.00450         ; force feedback latency (secs)
max_steering_torque = 1800.000000          ; steering torque,lower number is
max device force

Adjust damping, latency and torque with settings that you like.

FF was never in the demo. It was only available in the patch
