1. Will there be support for GPL tracks?
2. I heard rumors of mods being planned - IE Aussie V8's. Is this true? If
so, will it be just a new car model or new physics too?
3. Does anyone know when the Australasian release date is?

Thanks in advance

There is a video of apparently the nr 2k3 cars driving on the Ring.  So
while papyrus may not support them, the track makers should be able to
import the gpl tracks into n2k3

With previous papy Nascar versions, track imports from GPL weren't a
problem. I've got about 20 road courses in my N2002 install. The problem is
with the cars...it seems that no one is able to edit the carshapes / physics
/ etc. I hope that, being their final version, they will remove whatever is
preventing the editing of the cars. Wishful thinking.

I, for one, would love to see the Aussie V8's modelled in all their glory
fanging around Bathurst :)

No, don't get Goy onto that subject again.:-)  Sorry Goy, I think behind
you, I'm another one who really is*** out for a decent Supercar sim.
sh*t, I'd even settle for a 1970's Aussie sim. XU1 Torana against Falcon.
Throw in the odd Charger.  Ahhh, now that was motor racing.

Historic Touring cars of any kind would be cool, as well as an early
Trans-Am conversion, as long as it's got doors and a roof :-)
