I'm running a PIII 700mhz with a 32MB Nvidia RIVA TNT2 Pro.  Running
1024x768 (16), D3D, and most graphics options 'on', I'm getting frame rates
that max in the low 20's and at times grind down to 9-10 fps.

Opinions on the TNT2 Pro?  Where's my bottleneck?  Would a new video card
improve the frame rates significantly or is the 'old' PIII 700 showing its
'age'?

I run a GF2 MX on a P3 450 and although I don't specifically have N4 I have
good framerates on GP3 and F1 2000. Your processors still up there but
graphics cards have made a big leap since the TNT2.
