Forthcoming historic rally sim; GPL 3rd party tracks

Firstly: a while ago there was some discussion over an in-progress
simulator called "Historic Rally Championship" or something to that
effect. Does anyone have the web page for the project?

Secondly: There isn't a list of in-progress GPL tracks anywhere,
is there? I've seen a few link lists to track projects that have
home pages, but that's all. So why not assemble one...

These are the track projects I'm aware of. Any additions?

AVUS (Scott Przybylski)
Clermont-Ferrand (Martijn Keizer)
Dundrod (some Irish bloke... name?)
Hockenheim (GPLEA)
JTRC (GPLEA)
Keimola (Roland Ehnstr?m & co)
Montju?c (OPA & Bermudez (?))
Mont-Tremblant (Eric Bourgouin)
Norisring (Lou Magyar)
Sebring (Scott Przybylski)
Several Tasman tracks (Al Layton & co)

I think you are referring to Historic Rally Trophy
by Bugbear.  It looks great.  <g>

You'll find it here:

Ville,
You list several projects here of which I was not aware. Specifically
Clermont-Ferrand, Dundrod, Montjuic, Mont-Tremblant, Norisring and
Sebring. Are there any websites with info about these projects?

Thanks,
Michael

None of those has a dedicated web site, as far as I know (although some of
the authors do, in conjunction with other projects). I've collected the
list by wire-tapping various GPL public forums, notably the Legends
Central one (into which the GPLEA forum was just merged). If the sources
are to be trusted, Mont-Tremblant and Sebring are still in preparation
and data-gathering phase; the others have probably advanced further.
I've also heard vague rumors of Aintree being worked on but haven't found
anything to back it up. In any case I'm hardly in the 'inner circle' of
GPL manics - that's why I'm throwing the ball to "you people" to fill in
the blanks. ;)

Shaun, apologies, I've been to busy for VROC.

Wow! That looks cool! First I've heard of it.
I'd love to see another historic rally sim based on the more current
"Group B" cars. IMO, these were the pinnacle of rally car development,
and resulted in incredible cars like the Porsche 959 and Ferrari F40.
The "Killer B's". Man, we'll probably never see anything like that
again. :-(
