I haven't checked out any of the addon GPL tracks yet but I would like to get a
few of them now. I don't race online and I find hotlapping very boring,
therefore I don't want to waste my time on any 3rd party tracks that have
useless AI.

So which one of the GPL 3rd party tracks has the best AI?
