I'm using Amigamerlin 2.5 SE drivers with WinXP... runs GTR2002, LFS
and GPL just fine.

I always used the original 3dfx-drivers when I had Windows 98SE and Windows
ME. I only tried third-party-drivers when I changed to Windows XP. So I
would only use third party drivers if you have a brand new game that doesnt
work with the original drivers or has graphical mistakes. If the original
drivers dont have problems running those brand new games I would stay with
them, because they are the most stable drivers under Win 98 and ME.
In Win XP I can recommend the drivers from 3dhq, former known as
3dfx-Underground, Amigamerlin and x3dfx, if they already released their new
drivers.
Sorry, I cant recommend third-party-drivers for Win 98, because I never
used them.
Greetings
