f12k No front wheels? = better fps

For a while (even after reboot)  there were no front wheels displayed,
seemed to be a much better frame rate (800x600).  Does the release version
opt for this? or is there a command to remove them? Also is there a hud for
full screen in the release version?

The only command I use is "cockpit detail = low" in the setup screen.  This
just makes the tires blocky without rounded sides.  No big deal.  My best
frame-rates are in 640x480.  Average 45fps alone, 25-30 in traffic on a P3/550
128mb V3-2000.

Using the www.fraps.com tool you can really tweek your detail to get a good
combination of pretty and fast.

Don't know.
