Internet play for F1 2000

A day or two ago I came across and article on a web page which confirmed F1
2000 will have multiplayer capabilities via the Internet.  I am a bit
surprised that no one has picked up on that point and mentioned it here?
Has anyone else seen that page?  I can't remember the URL, I think it was
on the High Gear page.  Havn't got time to check now but I will do later.

I saw that too.  Maximum 22 drivers (FULL GRID!!!) over LAN and 8 over
Internet.  I think it might have been at operationsports.com.  Not 100% sure.

Too bad that only 8 drivers can race on the Internet, but far better than
nothing. It's probably a bandwidth thing.

By the way, do anyone remember what promises GPL gave about internet play ?

VROC is still 3rd-party software, so maybe it is possible to do something
like that with F1-2000 too.
