N2 Race Speeds

N2 Race Speeds

While racing lately Talladega, I have noticed how much slower some
drivers are than others and they get lapped just after the first pit
stop.  By the end of a 100% race there's only about 10 to 15 cars still
on the lead lap, unlike real NASCAR Racing.  I know I can edit the
driver skill levels, but which ones to edit or all of them?  What do the
minimum and maximum numbers mean?  Any help is appreciated.
