Top Speed add on toolkit for N2&ICR2?

I reciently saw this in the store.  Is this any good?  It is made by
Head Games, and does the usuall disclaimers about not assoc. with
sierra and Papyrus (etc.), but it had a display on back that shows you
able to customize camber on all FOUR tires as well as well as other
adjustments that the stock game (Nascar 1 &2,  and ICR 1 & 2) will not
allow.  Has anyone purchased, used this?  Is it any good? Thanks for
the info.

That program may permit you to adjust those things in the settings
files, but N2 will ignore them. (It ignores just about all of them
now; and I can personally assure you it will ignore ALL of them as of
the first patch...)

That's great news, Jim. The more you guys can do to erase the "grey" areas,
as Mr. Data likes to refer to them, the better it will be for offline and
online racing series.

I bought it and am still experimenting with it with N1 but it seems like it
does nothing with the rear camber but maybe with tire compounds.
