Colin, it's called short track super glue. It's as if the inside car is
still unsure he he want to make the pass or not... Try passing on
outside, bumping the car on the high groove so that it moves faster.
That way, there's less chance that you will wreck. If that doesn't work
after a few laps, "insist" a little more, like the Intimiditor or me in
DTR ;)
