Anyone else notice the the AI cars make jerky movements when
initiating a turn or turning in general?  Bascially the car looks like
it twitches.

YES and it is absolutely disgusting!
How did they let a bug like that get through?

Actually.. I've noticed it usually only happens when a car is behind it...
IE.. it is "taking the air off the rear spoiler".

Nascar actually do this..  but not to the extent that N3 does it..
personally I think it isn't too bad..

Take a look at your car from the F10 view... You will probably notice
that your car twitches also. I suspect this was done to model bumps on
the track.

Papyrus says its due to the AI being  brought to its limit of the N2 engine.
But with a healthy imagination one could see it as air off the other car or
bumps. :)
