How come when I joing a multiplayer game I get a message that says something
about "bad exe"?

Are you using a no-cd patch?

It means you're using a different .exe to the server. Maybe the server was
using a NO-CD exe.

Not if yer playing on Sierra.com. They don't allow noCD .exe's, AFAIK.
