N1 Modem racing help

N1 Modem racing help

Guys,
        I am trying to modem race with a friend in Nascar 1. When I answer, I
get a message that says, "waiting for remote" and when I dial I get a
message that says "remote user is using old version, must dial". Anyone
have any help on how I can fix this problem so we can modem race. If so,
