Rendition Card ?

by Scott & LaRhonda Eslic » Sat, 23 Aug 1997 04:00:00

I currently have a Matrox Millennium with 4mb.

My question is what is the best way for me to go, get a add-on card like
the Diamond Monster 3D or s***the Matrox and get another card totally.

I am basicly interested in this for NASCAR 2.

Thanks In Advance,

Scott

Sorry, I was unclear, I run Win95 also.  Is there any one that is better
than the other?

TIA,

if nascar2 is the primary concern then the only choice is the rendition
card. which really makes quite an improvement in graphics.

Well a Monster3D will do nothing for RenditionReady games like N2, but it's
a top notch 3D card (Glide, OpenGL, Direct3D).  You may want to hold off a
bit an look at the upcoming V2200 (Rendition's successor the the V1000 chip
on current cards) based cards.
