I use SLI Voodoo2 12Mb plus a 2d video card that I'd rather
not get rid of for a v2200. After a hiatus from simulations
(I used to use a p225mmx + v1000 + pure3d voodoo1) I think it's
time to return to Papyrus. I would rather not put up with the
v2200 despite it's excellent Papyrus support. Is the SLI
combo better than the v2200 at 800 and 1,024?

Tony,

can't say if its better as I've never run the v2200 - but my config is
similar to yours (sli, 464, 196Mb ram) and I get a steady 36 frame at 1024
(drops a littl when there's loads of traffic, but never below about 31/32

cheers

-Lindsay
