You can use both the generic or DirectInput drivers, they both work for me. Are
you connected to serial or USB port? I have only tried the USB port, and it is
I also use CTFJ3 with no problems. I just set the R axis to -90 and forget about
it. At that setting, you can still lock the brakes, but have the benefit of
improved control. You need to uninstall CTFJ before calibrating in GPL, or else
you will set the brake pedal to the reduced scale, accomplishing nothing.
Maybe you should tell us exactly what hardware you have, and perhaps someone can
help. Certainly GPL can work great with both the Logitech and CTFJ.
