Could someone tell me if all the flags in the book are used in
the game?

In a word NO.  The only flags that are used are the yellow, green and
black.  No blue flag for warning of faster car or red flag to stop race.
Hopefully there will be a patch one day to rectify this, especially the
blue flag scenario.  Would also like to see oil flag used after another
car suffers an engine blow up :))

I totally agree. With all the explosions and flying cars we should
have Oil/Fluid warning flags. Also, since the lapped drivers know
enough to give up the corners, they should also get a Blue flag
