N2002 and N2003 dropping frames?

by GLege » Mon, 17 Feb 2003 09:06:32

When I'm racing, sometimes the video will "drop a few frames".  I guess this
is what you call what it's doing.
Everything will be going good, and all of a sudden it will freeze up for
about a split second or so, and start back
again.  Have you heard of this?

I'm using the 41.03 drivers  with a VisionTek Ti4400 Nvidia card.

The rest of the system is:
P4 2.0a Ghz
768 ram
SB Audigy 2 sound
Asus P4B266 mobo

any ideas

Thanks in advance

Still garbaged race screens from time to time, along with an occasional
CTTD.

My thinking is along the lines of DX9 about now...
