transfering N2002 ratings to N2003

I finally got around to installing N2003, and haven't been able to
figure out how, if at all, my driver ratings from N2002 can be
transferred to n2003.  My N2002 rankings were all 3+, now I'm back to
"0"s again across the board.  There was a utlitity that allowed you to
transfer N4 ratings to N2002, but I can't seem to find one that does
it N2002-->N2003.

I checked the Sierra boards and Team Light Speed boards, but couldn't
find anything.  Is it possible, or do you have to earn them again?

I had transferred my N4 ratings to N2002, but I started from scratch with
N2003 since I don't ever remember seeing a utility either...
On one hand, I think its good to start over since the sims are
different(driving model, etc.), so you really need to adjust how you drive
when progressing through the N4-2002-2003 titles.  But it is kind of a
bummer to start over.  It does make you a better driver to start over...
