N2002 frame rates differ from Nascar4

Hi there.
I recently bopught N2002 and when I fired it up, using N4 as a comparison, I
get nearly half the frame rate that N4 gives.  Wierd.......
Any clues as to what is the best nvidia driver to use?
Cheers, John Baldwin

N4 did have texture compression for OpenGL which NR2002 currently does not, if you have a 32 MB vid
card that could be one reason...For OpenGL in NR2002, u have to have a 64 MB vid card to see fps
close to N4 IMO.

Agreed, in D3D the FPS should be close to comparable, in OpenGL NR2002
should be slower on the same machine due to the lack of texture compression.
NR2002 *should* have less FPS overall anyway since they made the textures
larger in this release...512x512 as opposed to 256x512 in N4, right?
