N2 Refresh Rate?

N2 Refresh Rate?

Is there any way to control the refresh rate in N2?  I have a Screamin 3d
card with refresh rate set to 75Hz but it seems slower when using N2, it is
really starting to put a strain on my eyes any help would be greatly
appreciated.
