Sorry i know this has nothing to do with racing but can someone explain
to me , With my Canopus 3dfx card i can choose different refresh rates
at different screen sizes (eg.at 640x480 its set at 60mhz but could go
to 75,85 or above, the game seems to look clearer at these higher
settings or am i imaging it?Whats best.

Hi Andy,

The higher, the better. 60 mhz means that the image on your monitor
will be refreshed 60 times a second. At 60 mhz you may notice some
flicker. At higher rates the image will be more "solid" (or clearer as
you noticed.)

The only problem is, that a high refresh rate can "cook" your monitor.
Modern monitors, however, are safe. Check the specs of your monitor!
