Voodoo 5 5500 Problems

This happens in all direct 3d games,Nascar4,Leadfoot Racing,Serious Sam,Grad
Prix Legends. When the game loads up,and in the menu screens,I get lines and
shakes, when I move the mouse it gets worse and during game play the screen
shakes all the time making it unplayable.I tried Nascar 4 in Opengl and the
screen was fine and didn't shake just really low frame rates(7-10)I have the
4.12.01.0672 version drivers and have tried every driver I could find
including the one from the Nascar4 cd and still have the same problem. The
card or the computer is not overclocked and has worked flawlessly for at
least 6 months.I also haven't added any new hardware and I tried a new mouse
driver as well. This one really has me stumped. Is my card going bad? My
system specs:

P3 700 256m ram VooDoo5 5500 WinMe SbLive Value Logitech Cordless mouse

Please help if you can. Thanks in advance,Willie

What DirectX version? Maybe try an update, or drop back to dx7a.

Don't forget one of those DirectX nukers; you can't just remove (or
overwrite) older versions anymore.

You could also try www.voodoosource.net
They have some pretty good drivers from 3dfx and some 3rd party ones that
have worked quite well for me.
It's worth a shot.
