Hi I was just wondering how Nascar works on the Pentium 90-  I am
especially interested in running 30 frames per second or close.  Right now
I run car texture, skid marks, and smoke/dirt and was wondering if 30
frames per second can be reached using a P-90  in SVGA with those 3 on?

                  Thanks

Yes, but this is all that you get.
I have an AMBRA P90 tower (Intel motherboard) with a Diamond Viper PCI
video board.  With a full field, max draw ahead & behind, max sound
ahead & behind, I can only turn on car texture, skid marks, and
smoke/dirt and still keep 30 frames per second.  If I turn track or
wall or grass to auto, it will turn on and off depending on where I
am on the track and what kind of traffic I am in.

I am NOT running FM sound.  I tried that, but with my sound board, it
just sounded like a cheap electronic game.

Best wishes!!!

Hell yes!  I'm on a p-75 and I can run that.  Of course I'm
overclocked to P-90, but it runs great!
