I've tried Max Payne, which works ok but there are some visual texture
problems in certain areas that get annoying. The other I've tried is
Comanche4 but that sucks cause I see double of the***pit view info
screens which really messes with my eyes when trying to play the game.
Is there any game out there that works great for 3D glasses?
All work well with 3d glasses. Some are better than others. I think the best
are WWII Fighters, IL2 and LB2

Just curious if those 3d glasses are TRUELYYYYYYY worth the money.
Ah well, i suspect that in 5 years we could be enjoying virtual
reality for real hihihi, with the new terre processors running at
3000+ gigahetz :). Microsoft better start working on a very heavy OS
with loadssssssss of new things coz otherwise the current OS's will be
just way to small for such powerful processors, then again maybe they
already are working on it for years which would be a wise thing to do
(i've seen pictures of very cool 3d desktops they're working on like
yer pc is in a virtual reality world).

for. It's a gimmick and the novelty wears off soon.

Any other sources, and are any particular glasses
better than others? I am sensitive about cost.
For the IR style, do the batteries last long
enough to make it worth while, or is it a major
expense just feeding the things?
For the IR style, are a second pair of glasses
without the transmitter available at a significant
savings (or would I just be better off buying
two sets and having a spare IR transmitter)?
My favourites were Nascar Heat and WWII Fighters. You will find lots of
annoyances with those glasses and just about any game. The problem is that
anything that is 2D on the screen will force you focus on a seperate plane
from the 3D. The games need to have everything in 3D graphics to work really
well, including text.

The best racing game I found in 3D was Rally Championship 2000.
Narrow rally stages in the woods look very good. There is a corner on
one of the stages where spectators take pictures in the evening (blitz) and
the result is amazingly "live".
