Win95 and T2 Question

A question for those of you who know:

How can I get my T2 to work in Win95?  I've never gotten
my FlightStick to calibrate correctly, let alone Win95 to
even recognize my T2.  I'm considering getting NFS2 and
it appears to be a Win95 only game, and I'd hate to have
to use a joystick.  Any help would be appreciated.
