F1C : Turbo mod conversion ?

Does it exists ?

Could the X spec team look into this ?

Is there an available mod list for F1C, how about the alfa147, mini, cart
and so on ?

Thanks

I don't use the Xspec at all since I don't agree with his methods.  I
have run a couple of other mods and here is a list of upcomming mods and
tracks.  The CART mod should be out either late this month or sometime in
November.

Personally I could care less what his methods are.. The mod is a conversion
so IMO its just that... a conversion. That version of the ring on the other
hand :D
Simbin keeps a great page that even if its not updated to the minute you can
check practically every mod in progress out there for F1C.

The only thing I have to say about X-spec is that, while the approach
to releasing it publicly was arguable, the only thing you really get is
F1 cars with GTR skins and an extra 1000 pounds of weight (look at the
HDV and PM files).  The conversion really needs a huge physics makeover
before it's driveable.  Even the Ferraris are essentially rear-engine
cars with F1 suspension, except for the weight.  :-(  All he really did
was save us the trouble of converting the car 3D models.

It's strange because for sure the ferrai does not feel AT ALL like the
porsche, you can really feel the weight in the rear on the porsche and not
much on the ferrari...
