F1C Mods - Where to find them?

I just picked up F1C 99-03, and I was wondering if anyone could steer me
towards useful websites and mods for the game.

The mod I am specifically looking for is the GTR mod.

I am also looking out for tracks.  Are Road America or Laguna Seca out
there?

Finally, can tracks and mods for previous versions be used in the new
version, and if so, how.

Any links to sites and files will be much appreciated!
