I think I saw notice of a N4 league not too long ago, but I would
suspect that most of the N4 racers have migrated to Nr2k3. So it's not
that they are not racing anymore, it's just that they aren't using N4.

Considering N4 is 2 iterations old now, most have moved to NR2003, or at
least NR2002

Yah, like Dave and other's will state, n4 is old. n2003 can be found for
under 20 bucks. I dare say a few were NOT going to bother to move to 03,
that was until all the mods came out for the 03. SoI doubt anyone who was
holding back is still back there.

you could however run via direct TCPIP (bypassing the sierra lobbies that
may or may not exist anymore) if you find another with the game... You just
wont see anyone in the lobbies, if the lobbies still exist...
