I think Dreamcast has a FF wheel available.  Which console will give a more
satifying experience for racing sims only?  Dreamcast has some interesting
games coming up like Ferrari F355 Challenge.

PC by far, as long as you really mean sim and not racing game that really
doesn't hold true to physics on this planet.
The Dreamcast is fun to play some sports games like NFL 2k, but the racing
games I've played on it were terrible.  If you want F355 Challenge buy the
aracade machine... :-)  Seriously I doubt the Dreamcast version will even
hold a candle to it.

Playstation 2 will have the best console racing game for some time to come,
Grand Tourismo 2000 (no Ferrari's in it though).  The old PSX console was
probably the most heavily racing oriented console ever, and I'm sure with
the PS2 it will be the same way....but the PC will still have the higher
quality racing games.

I see you can get Ubisoft's racing sim on two console systems. Wonder
how that is compared to the PC version.

Worse.  Most of them are complete rebuilt, like F12k or SCGT on the PSX.

Hey man, stay away from those damn consoles, they sound great but really,
they aren't the thing for racing. Just lower resolutions for Tomb raider.

I believe DC only supports rumble packs, or maybe vibrating wheels, but not
true FF.  Can anyone confirm this?

Correct.  The DC has timed vibrations via a rumble pack.  A far cry from
real force feedback.
