PC Gamer, finally gets a true racing sim writer!

I see that the Magazine PC Gamer has finally hired a racing fan to write
their "Sim Column". Prior to Hiring Andy Mahood, they had some self
professed non-racing fan, who by his own words didn't know anything nor care
anything about auto racing sims.

It's nice to see that they are finally giving more ink to our love! It
appears that the number of racing sim reviews have increased too! Hell,
maybe I'll re-up my subscription? I was planning on letting it expire, as
they had seemed to spend most of their time on strategy (yawn) games and
first person shooters, yuck!

Just my 2 cents :-)

"It's a small step for simracers.  A giant leap for simracing..."

Im happy about this decision from PC Gamer (saw it on a news website).  I
guess the future for us isn't that bad as we are thinking it will be.

Yeah, I read the guy's article regarding N3 and the GPL physics model...very
interesting to see that kind of thing in a general *** rag...very
encouraging.
